Service Plan and Billing

BCL Enterprise has established a comprehensive Service Plan and Billing Policy, focusing on trip charges and fuel surcharges associated with service calls. This policy ensures that all travel-related expenses are billed in a fair, consistent, and transparent manner. Additionally, this policy details the procedures and guidelines for billing, ensuring clarity and consistency in the application of charges related to service calls and associated expenses.

Standard Service Area/ Effective Area: BCL (headquartered in Cincinnati, OH) provides service within the Tri-State area. All service calls within these states are subject to standard labor rates and applicable trip and fuel charges as outlined below.

Labor Rates

Technician: $95.00/hr.

Truck and Tool Fee: $50.00/hr.

Distance From Office and Corresponding Trip Charge

Cincinnati Metro Area = $75.00

25-75 miles = $125

76-150 miles = $210.00

151-300 miles = $450.00

301+ miles = Custom Quote

A fuel surcharge will be applied when the average fuel price exceeds $3.50 per gallon (based on Ohio state averages). Fuel prices are reviewed monthly, and surcharges are updated accordingly. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the trip charge according to the following scale:

Fuel Price (Per Gallon) and the Surcharge (% of Trip) Associated)

$3.51-4.00 = 5%

$4.01-$4.50 = %10

$4.51 and above = 15%

Multiple Stops / Technicians

• If multiple technicians or service stops are required, trip and fuel surcharges may be adjusted to account for additional travel time or distance.
• All adjustments will be communicated and approved by the customer prior to dispatch.

Waivers & Discounts

Trip and fuel surcharges may be waived or discounted under the following conditions:

• Service calls bundled with installation projects over $2,000.
• Repeat customers covered under a service agreement.
• Scheduled maintenance routes or multi-site service calls may qualify for discounted trip charges.

Billing & Communication

• Trip charges and fuel surcharges will appear as separate line items on all invoices.
• Customers will be informed of applicable charges prior to scheduling any service call.
