BIM Drafter

Jessica Stutts is a skilled BIM Drafter at BCL Enterprise, bringing over a decade of expertise in Building Information Modeling to low-voltage design projects. In her role, Jessica specializes in establishing Revit models, accurately placing devices and notes as per designer markups, and ensuring model coordination across various disciplines. Her commitment to quality has helped raise the standard of the team’s work, and her enthusiasm for the latest drafting tools consistently enhances team efficiency and strengthens cross-discipline collaboration.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (2014). Before joining BCL, she worked at SpeXsys, LLC, where, as the sole BIM Technician, she led drafting efforts for over 100 projects spanning office buildings, university housing, hospital wings, sports stadiums, museums, and airports.

At BCL, Jessica has been instrumental in the drafting for high-profile projects, including the Wisconsin Convention Center renovation and expansion, the Indiana University Health Downtown Hospital, and the Ohio Expo Center and State Fairgrounds 2050 Master Plan. Her technical precision and adaptability ensure that each project is delivered with excellence.

Outside of her professional role, Jessica enjoys an active lifestyle, exploring hiking trails and off-road paths in her camper van with her husband, Al, and their dog, Stella. Jessica’s blend of dedication to her craft and adventurous spirit makes her a valued member of the BCL team, continually pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved in BIM drafting.
