Crestview PK-12 School

BCL worked alongside BSHM Architects to build a new Elementary/Middle/High School for a total of 1,208 students for grades PK-12. The new building will consolidate all grades under one roof. The co-funded building is approximately 167,582 SF with an estimated construction budget of $33.9M. The District is studying with OFCC a Locally Funded Initiative (LFI) of 25,500 GSF which includes a mix of academic, athletic, and miscellaneous programs. Upon completion of the new building, new site circulation, including visitor/student drop-off, parking, and entry plaza will be constructed within the footprint of the existing facility to be demolished. Project scope includes demolition of the existing Elementary/Middle/High School facility.
