Project is new construction. The facilities will house research and teaching labs, collaboration spaces, offices and classroom spaces. BCL will provide the IT, wireless, AV and Security design for the building in conjunction with UC IT and the college.  The project budget for IT and AV was approximately $1 million.  We will identify specific needs of the College for IT Infrastructure and AV equipment.  The delivery method is CMR.
