Caitlin Brudnicki, BCL’s third-generation team member and Senior Project Manager, brings over 8 years of experience in technology design to the family-led business. Known for her ability to seamlessly blend innovative design concepts with efficient project execution, Caitlin has earned a reputation as a trusted and accomplished professional within the sector. Her leadership has been key in delivering successful, impactful projects across various industries.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Miami University (2017), a foundation that continues to drive her passion for education design. Her career took an unexpected but rewarding shift from education to technology, leading her to pursue her interest in design and project management within the ICT industry. This transition has given Caitlin a distinctive perspective, enabling her to make meaningful contributions to BCL’s expanding portfolio, particularly in the education sector. As a leader in BCL’s K-12 design projects, Caitlin manages network infrastructure, wireless, audiovisual, and physical security solutions, bringing her unique background to every project.
