Phil Klingensmith is a Quality Control Manager at BCL Enterprise with over 60 years of experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) design industry. In his role, Phil ensures that BCL adheres to code standards and implements best industry practices when delivering projects to clients. His passion for project management and commitment to sharing his wealth of industry knowledge have made him a vital part of the team.

Phil’s dedication extends to his significant contributions to the development of the prestigious BICSI organization, where he has been involved for 35 years. His work has included assisting with BICSI Certification writing, contributing to the RTPM, OSP, and RCDD certifications. As a certified trainer himself, he holds certifications as a Technician, RCDD, OSP, and RTPM.

Phil’s career began in the U.S. Navy, where he trained and served as an Electronic and Crypto Technician. Additionally, he had a 28-year career with AT&T as a Technician from a position as a middle manager to a National Account Manager prior to starting his own business. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish and run his own installation and consulting business, a venture that continues to operate successfully.
