Project Manager

Blake Young is a BICSI Certified Project Manager at BCL Enterprise, boasting over 16 years of expertise in low-voltage systems. In his role, Blake is responsible for the smooth execution of installation projects and collaborates closely with project technicians and foremen to train and enhance the skills of BCL employees. He specializes in access control systems, data networks, security (CCTV), and troubleshooting. Blake’s dedication to safety shines through as he leads training for installation team members and implements critical job site safety procedures, ensuring a secure work environment.

Blake is passionate about professional growth within his team and has been a key mentor for colleagues who started with minimal experience and now independently troubleshoot and manage projects. His professional credentials include certifications in BICSI RTPM, Hanwha, Axis, DSX, and Siemon/Leviton/Signamax/Videcon installation. Blake began his journey in the telecommunications field in 2007 as a technician, entering the industry with no prior knowledge and quickly building his expertise.

His career progressed through various foreman and project management roles, culminating in experience as a Director of Operations. This rapid rise in responsibility allowed Blake to manage complex telecom projects for Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating his exceptional ability to learn and excel in the telecommunications field. Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending quality time with his family and pursuing his passion for woodworking.
