Justin Emberton is an Installation Project Manager at BCL Enterprise, bringing over 1.5 years of hands-on experience to the team. Known for his strong interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving abilities, Justin plays a pivotal role on the installation team, handling complex projects such as UBS Kenwood and Cincinnati Banks. His expertise is supported by certifications as a Siemon installer, along with specialized credentials in Hanwha camera systems and DSX access control, enabling him to deliver efficient and high-quality results in every project.

Before joining BCL, Justin spent five years in management, where he excelled in product and delivery management, driving efficiency and enhancing operations. This background provided him with a robust foundation in leadership and logistics, which he leverages daily in his role at BCL.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his fiancé and two children, cooking, attending concerts, and exploring the outdoors. A dedicated fan of the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers, Justin brings his team spirit and commitment to excellence to both his professional and personal life.
