Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine

This project was a new build of OU Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. BCL provided the IT, wireless, AV and Security design for the building in conjunction with OU IT. The project budget for IT and AV was approximately $2 million. We identified specific needs of HCOM for IT Infrastructure and AV equipment. The delivery method was CMR. BCL discussed with the Administration how to meet the needs of the multi-use spaces for staff and students. BCL provided AV solutions to accommodate the needs of the curriculum and provided several different options to meet specific budgets. The team also conferred with OU IT on the locations of the tech closets, relocating the data center off site, and connecting temporary spaces to the existing network. BCL worked closely with OU IT to follow their standards.
