Shane Zepf is a Foreman at BCL Enterprise, bringing over 25 years of dedicated experience to the field. In his role, he specializes in fiber optics, leveraging his extensive expertise to lead projects to successful completion. Shane’s strong commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach ensure that each project is executed with precision and aligns with client expectations.

Shane holds a BICSI Technician certification, underscoring his deep technical knowledge and adherence to industry standards. Prior to joining BCL, he built a robust career as a foreman and also ventured into entrepreneurship as the owner of Superior Cabling Solutions, where he honed his skills in project management and client relations.

Fluent in Spanish, Shane is known for his ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and clients. His personable nature and team-oriented mindset have established him as a respected leader and mentor within the organization.

Outside of work, Shane’s passions include cooking, woodworking, and coaching youth sports. A devoted wrestling and baseball coach, he dedicates his free time to nurturing the skills and confidence of young athletes. Additionally, he serves as a baseball umpire, further showcasing his love for the game and commitment to his community.
